EMDR online intensive - RESTORE
Our EMDR online intensive programme, called RESTORE, is ideal for those wanting their treatment delivered in a short period of time. Typically RESTORE is delivered over a weekend, commencing on Friday afternoons and completing Sunday evening.
During our RESTORE programme you will receive the following:
- Initial 1hr online EMDR assessment (carried out within two months of intensive start date)
- Psychometric assessments and interpretation report
- Personalised treatment plan
- EMDR Workbook
- Emotional regulation skills development
- 7.5hrs of EMDR therapy sessions tailored to your treatment goals
- Future goal setting and relapse prevention plan
- Opportunity to access further online sessions on a pay as you go basis if required

EMDR in-person intensive - REVIVAL
Our EMDR in-person intensive programme, called REVIVAL, is ideal for those wanting recovery over a short period and to boost their recovery, but also looking for face to face therapy. Located at one of our Nottinghamshire clinic rooms, clients will be able to access the same programme as RESTORE, but in a face to face format.
If you need accommodation locally we can provide recommendations. Our clinic rooms are either rural or town based within Nottinghamshire, providing options for different means of travel.
Please note: all initial assessment appointments are carried out online to determine suitability. No accommodation, food or refreshments are provided with this programme.
