EMDR online intensive - RESTORE
Our EMDR online intensive programme, called RESTORE, is ideal for those wanting their treatment delivered in a short period of time. Typically RESTORE is delivered over a weekend, commencing on Friday afternoons and completing Sunday evening.
During our RESTORE programme you will receive the following:
- Initial 1hr online EMDR assessment (carried out within two months of intensive start date)
- Psychometric assessments and interpretation report
- Personalised treatment plan
- EMDR Workbook
- Emotional regulation skills development
- 7.5hrs of EMDR therapy sessions tailored to your treatment goals
- Future goal setting and relapse prevention plan
- Opportunity to access further online sessions on a pay as you go basis if required
